3rd party claims 45 days wait before car is fixed

My car was reversed into by an Outsurance client while I was parked. After filling all the documents and even providing more evidence than required such as a satellite movement report for the time of accident and photos. I was told by Mr Aldo that I would have to wait 30 days for the investigation to be complete then wait 15 more days to see if they would pay me out. And if they do what about my wait for my car to be fixed. During this time my cars lights are damaged which would cost me traffic fines. Now after reading other outsurace clients of their own waiting 2- 4 months to get things fix I am asking myself should I third party wait to complain and accept that I have to wait 45 days? then nothing is done & then complain? I was also told my Mr Aldo that "sorry that since I am not at client there is no customer service People will at least be polite to me." Is this how you would target potential clients? I just got this car and am now stewing because of this response. I would love to take this to a popular radio talk show to inform other motorists about their insurers. Also you could not beat my policy and also did not pay that R400. So sorry I just don't trust Outsurance.
