I moved over to Discovery Insure in December last year. The units in my vehicles was only installed end of January. It took more than 2 weeks for me to be able to see info on DQ Mapper. Once the info was visible, the information for my vehicle was switched with the information from my wife's vehicle.

Then I was supposed to get cash back (for using BP fuel). I was told that the cash back would be paid in my account on the 7th of the month. On the 11th I complained and monies for December was paid. I queried why monies for January was not paid, and now I am supposed to sent them a bank statement - I guess I have to prove now that I was not paid. (Looks like the 7th has gone as well)

I made an appointment for a Fitness assessment last week. I was promised a confirmation. I am 2 days away from my appointment and no confirmation yet.

The question I ask myslef is: "Should I not be cancelling my life police, Vitality and insurance and move to a company that wants me as a customer? "
