False Advertising

ABout 8 months ago, I decided to take Outsurance up on their 'beat your current premiums or we'll pay you R200' at the time it was R200. And they couldn't beat my current premiums, in fact what they quoted me was almost the same as what I was paying for the vehicle. So, after some fighting with them, they paid me my R200. Then they were sponsoring traffic or something on Highveld where Darren Simpson would say 'give them a call especially if your risk profile has changed or you have a different vehicle". In the meantime I have sold the previous vehicle and bought a new one so to day I contacted Outsurance for a quote and once again they couldn't beat my current premium, which isn't surprising as EVERYTIME i get a quote from them (which has been more than twice) they are the most expensive. And then when I enquire about the R400 I get told its in their ts & cs that you have to wait a year. So then why did they instruct Darren to on live radio? Is it so he can look like the instead of them? I doubt he just decided on his own to say those things. Outsurance will always remain one of the worst insurers in my opinion.
