I recently claimed third party damages with Outsurance for an accident that occured on 27 May 2013, and even though I've heard horror stories regarding this type of claim... I must say It is all to do with feedback. I interacted with Bheki Sihole and even though I did not get 100% I was impressed with the way he updated me. If a customer/client knows the time frame to wait it never is a problem and we as consumers are generally happy to wait as long as the time frame does not exeed the expected. I submitted my forms and almost immediatley Mr Bheki Sithole responded and acknowledged reciept. I have had a great experience with the process as everything went smoothly and on time. To all clients claiming third party I say 'submit all required documents, adhere to followup times, wait for them to finalize within their specified time frame and you won't go wrong' Problems arise when one does not comply with the required documents and is not truthful. Keep up the good work Bheki and thank you Outsurance. 'You always get something out' for sure!!!
