PLEASE ADVISE HOW'S IT POSSIBLE TO DEBIT A CLIENT TWICE FOR THEIR BOND PAYMENT .
I WAS DEBITED ON THE 23RD FEBRUARY AND AGAIN ON THE 28TH . MY INSTALMENT DATE WAS CHANGED TO THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH AND JAMUARY WAS FINE, WHY NOW DID THIS CHANGE FOR FEBRUARY . THE DEBIT THAT WENT OFF ON THE 28TH RESULTED IN AN UNPAID AS I DIDNT EXPECT A FURTHER DEBIT ORDER OF SUCH A HUGE AMOUT AND IT WAS UNPAID RESULTING IN A COST OF R138 . PLEASE ADVISE WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THE COST OF THIS AS I HAD NOT INSTRUCTED THEM TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT TWICE IN ONE MONTH . PLEASE ADVISE AS A MATTER OF URGENCY . I WOULD LIKE THE COST REIMBURSED TO ME AS I AM NOW GOING TO PAY UNPAID DEBIT ORDER CHARGES TO MY ACCOUNT END OF THIS MONTH.
