Can't do their work. Bad attetude against us

Every 2 to 4 months my husband do receive a sms without any account no and they also phone him and tell him that his payment on his account is behind. They don't want to state their names and are very rude. I do communicate with Bernadette de Morney and she did assure me it won't happen again but no, why bother. Every time we have to send proof of payment and the the answer is the same.

How is it possible that payment don't reflect after a month? My husband is getting so cross about this that one of these days he will get a heartattact.

It seems that nobody cares what you have to say, doen't matter if you did pay or not.
