No help with my query

My husband took out a contract with Autopage about 2yrs ago and was paying R150 per month. According to the best of our knowledge the contact has been paid up but we keep getting messages from them demanding payment from my husband. When one of the consultants phoned my husband to ask about the payment he informed them that the account is paid up they demanded proof of the last payment which my husband don't have. Surely the accounts dept can do a follow up and check on their records the payment history but no one is willing to help and its impossible to contact Autopage. We need clarity on this matter asap.
