No payment received but have paid and got proof

For the last couple of months I have maid an internet transfer to mfc for the monthly payment of my car but they tell me they do not receive the payment, I have proof of every payment made to them. Calling Refilwe she say they can not allocate the payments and we are still behind on the car but like I say my statements do show that I am paying every month. My husband is getting a little bit angry with them and the lady say call me back when you are in a better mood! What happend to the customer is always right???
