My claim for leaking roof was rejected on 27 Nov 2012. I sent a e-mail on 3 Dec 2012 stating my reasons why this rejection is not acceptable. I have not received any response as yet!! This is unacceptable! I find Outsurance to be doing everything possible to avoid claims. If this matter is not sorted and I do not receive a response i will surely have no option but to take this matter to the utmost extreme measures!!
