I went to ABSA to apply for a credit card and also enquired on options to pay off my credit card with FNB to close my account. I received excellent suggestions from Bernard on what to do, telling me about options with better interest rates etc. I also received good suggestions for the use of my credit card, the unneccesity of a garage card etc.

From there we applied for my credit card and personal loan and it was approved immediately and the card was delivered within the next week.

Further, my appointment with Bernard was on a Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock. I know the banks close at half past 3 but Bernard assisted me with the super service up to half past 4, everyone else was almost leaving the bank. And not for one moment did he hesitate to answer my questions or to assist me.

I think ABSA has an excellent employee here and should please take good care of employees like this! With service like this the bank can only go forward!!
