I cancelled my policy by outsurance after they refused to pay out.
I then received a mail telling me that they will pay me back the money they owe me within 30 day s of cancellation.
Its been more than 30 days now and I still have not received any payments from them.

I also logged a claim for the damages they made to my car.
They rejected this claim as well due to unreasonable facts.
they told me that i will receive the rejection letter on my email. its been a few weeks now and i still have not received anything.

I will seriously recommend against any one ever using outsurance!!
