Still awaiting noting lette

I have applied for life insurance for bond cover at Old Mutual as they are a fantastic company. Never again. I just dont get any joy out of them. Some of the work involving the insurance I had to do myself. Then I get told that they dont know what a Noting letter is. Now I have everything in place. A cession letter has been send and captured and everything is up and running but they are still not issuing the noting letter. I am going to loose my bond because of this and then loose my house in the process. This all because of a company whos processes are up to. Just dont know what to do anymore as people do not get back to me about anything.
