No One know what they are doing at ABSA

I have applied for a homeloan at ABSA. It has gone to the lawyers and I have done the Bond cover thru Old Mutual. Got a Cession letter signed. and send to [Email Removed] on Monday. Still havent heard back from them and they dont answer their phones. Been trying the whole day. I have been phoning ABSA as well to find out what else they need on the application and no-one can help me. They just give me the run around. You have to phone this number or that number or that number. This has gone on now for 2 days and I had enough. I have never in my life had such bad treatment from a bank ever before. I am disgusted.
