Security Cession

Im very disappointed with Old Mutual their services is so pathitic. I sent the a form to cede my personal loan against my policy and send me the confirmation letter. when I called the call centre to find out if they received the form they told I have to wait for seven days in order for me to get the confirmation letter. This is a shock of my life how can a two page form to be processed for more 24 hours...? is this company doesnt have enought stafff or they are just lazy...???
