Security Cession

I am very Disappointed with the service at Old Mutual we send documents on the 9th to be noted the lady at customer care said it takes 3 to 5 working days now when i called to follow up they said to get the noted letter it takes another 7 working days a whole week just to get a letter please if they is any way this processed could speed up as we are waiting for three weeks now to get this sorted out cause the banks didn't know what to do and we have to get this cession noted our bond transfer is been going on for 6 months and this letter is the only thing that is delaying us now
