I'm trying to cancel the homeloan insurance policy because I took out a better policy from budget. the homeloan department is stalling to cancel the policy citing the new company must note the bond holders interest in the property. a letter stating: homeowner building cover, as well as noting the mortgage financing company's interest is hereby confirmed for the following property WAS FORWARDED 3X ALREADY. WHAT MORE DO YOU WANT???
