Request o cancellation of cession lette

Ask Once Ref CCT511428. Complaint logged regards to the cession cancellation letter from Nedbank on the 23.10.2013, as the help desk was not very help full to help with my query.
I had a home loan bond number 5953344600101 that was surrendered in 2003 already, but one of my life insurance policy was surrender as security Old Mutual Number 9485340.
Jason send an e-mail on the 25.10.2013 to say they are still busy with the investigation. I phoned again on the 29.10.2013, but Jason is on study leave and the lady that answered the phone said that they are busy with the query, but it can take up to 20 days for them to resolve a complaint.

Really, 20 days for a customer complaint!!! I'm working in retail and customer complaints are suppose to take urgency and to be resolve as soon as possible, really not 20 days.

Can some one please just forward me the cancellation letter. it can really that hard to do.
