STILL NO REPLY ON PREVIOUS COMPLAINT

My first report 12:12 Fri 8 Feb was responded to in an hour, saying that they will investigate & give feedback shortly. One week later and STILL no reply. Halllllooo ABSA!!!
I also have a vehicle financed through FNB (Wesbank) and their request for assistance was processed in 5 minutes, 3 weeks ago.
When will I have an answer on this?
