Bridge Loans

I applied for a loan with bridge loans through debt lab it took forever to be approved. I finally received word on about Tuesday the 12th that it has been approved. I call in this morning the 15th to confirm the date of my payout. To be told that they have a lead time of 16days for payout. They advertise that it takes about 48hrs now all of a sudden it takes 16days. Do they not know that there are other loan organizations out there that offer far better service. In my instance the cash is really urgent as I have a sick child so I need money for the meds etc. I have called the customer care line to not be assisted with any solid information and the staff they have working there are extremely rude and non helpful.
