ABSA money with vehicle insurance

I received a message from ABSA vehicle finance and insurance mentioning they will increase the premium on my instalments because they have no proof of insurance. My vehicle has been financed for close to 5 years and been insured since the day I bought it.

I did send proof of insurance to ABSA and followed up with a couple of emails with no response... Yet they still add the insurance premium to my instalment that gets paid via debit order. After 3 calls yesterday to a call centre of close to 30 minutes each I finally spoke to someone. They still had nothing on record. I send the proof of my insurance again to a direct email address of the person I spoke to and was promised a reply within an hour and the issue to be resolved and money to be credited back to me. More than a day later and still nothing from them! They don't answer calls or reply to mail.

I spoke to complaints department this morning and got a reference number for my call (which I guess is just as useless as the service from ABSA). If this is not resolved I guess ABSA will continue taking money from me unless I go to the bank and stop the debit order which will probably get me blacklisted. What else can I do??
