We have been struggling for the past 3 months to get assistance from Absa Vehicle finance regarding our outstanding balance on the account we have placed about 3 reports on hello peter but we have only had a report sent back to us that someone will investigate we have received a report from Monique Naude she advised that Thoko will get back to us the second report was received from Melleney Lippert both these ladies are consultants in collections both of them referred us to Thoko Kumalo but this person just does not get back to us we have been making payments via the NPDA all docs have been sent to Absa we have even emailed all the necessary documents to the debt review manager with no help at all, we have also now sent out complaint to the Motor Industry Ombudsman because no one within Absa Vehicle finance is able to assist us & give us an outstanding balance & no one is prepared to help us with our request. We have now tried everything possible that we could we have followed all the channels within Absa. How can such a big recognised financial institution that is geared towards customer service give such bad service for 3 months how is that possible? someone please help
