Since May 2012 I have been trying to sort out a problem with Old Mutual. I took 2 funeral policies out, 1 for my mother and 1 for myself. It doesnt look as if both policies are being deducted from my banking account. I called today at 14H25, just to get the phone slammed down on me. The woman who answered my call has no manners, and i still dont know what the status of my policies are. Maybe I should just cancell and take out with someone who cares about customer queries.
