Unable to get straight answe

I am currently being debited an amount each month. i would like a statement that shows the original balance and the payments that have been made each month. i was assured in jan that the Dec payment would be the last one, if all the payments had been received. According to my records they have been but no one can actually give me a statement showing the balance as the payments are being received. Apparently they are not FAIS compliant. Unbelievable! Pathetic service. i have been phoning daily and each time someone faithfully promises to phone back but never do. Liquid Capital your service and word means absolutely nothing!
