My name is Mary Miya and I took a policy with you (retirement annuity) in 1999 and one of the clauses on the policy confirmed that I can have it on early pension (55). This year I am 57 and I decided to take my money and I followed the correct procedure in making the claim. It came to a surprise that 6 weeks later i still did not have the money and when I queried that they said they would have an emergency claim for me.without any documentation, money was deposited into my account. it was very short I must say, without any explanation as to why, how much was taxed, what was the initial amount i got and so forth.
