What happened to Customer Service

I applied for an increase on my overdraft on 21 January, I have not to date received a response from the Sales department. On 31 January I lodged a complaint on the website, then I received an email from Clint Petersen in the complaints department on Saturday to say that my overdraft has been increased (it has NOT) and that he was closing the complaint, I emailed him back, no response, I tried calling, no answer, what do I do now?
Maybe time to change banks?? Is this what has happened to all Standard Bank clients?
