I have been a client from standard bank for many years. But I have had it. I went onto standard banks website and I am trying to decrease my overdraft limit. The field is available and it request you to enter the account and the amount and even says the following: "Please specify the amount you want your overdraft increased or decreased to, for example, if you want to increase your overdraft to R10 000 you need to type 10000 in the field below." But I had to phone in on telephone banking to request the decrease and they had to request it from another department and guess what we are 2 weeks later and my limit has not been decreased yet. I would like to say that we are in a new time of technology and if you can't keep up please close your doors. I will go to FNB since they now how to satisfy a client with on line banking.
