Overdraft???

Today was the fifth time that I have applied for an Overdraft on my account.

Every time I contact the call centre they "send my details to the sales department".

I have now also lodged a complaint with their "complaints department".

Wonder whether they will phone me before the new year???

Very unhappy with this type of service
