I hope you will be able to assist me I have been calling the head office since December trying to follow up on my mother's surplus, I have wasted hundrends of rands calling in to get to the bottom of this, first of all the people we deal with on the line they seem to be un trained they give you incorrect info and they are not friendly, they put you on hold after you have held up for over 20-30min on the line trying to get through, this is so unfair not even your satellite offices seems to know how to get through to your head office.

My mom applied early last year for her surplus till today NOW she has not received her money. When I called in, in December I was told that the money was returned due to the fact that the branch code was not available, my question was I have been calling for her for the whole year and I was told that you needed documents of her which included banking details and a form filled in at the bank of which it contained a branch code and I had to send them using registered post after that I could not get through till today.

I feel that I have wasted so much money already calling in and if I don't get assistance on this matter I am going to go to hello pe
