DATA FACTORY passing buck

I was contacted by Data Factory to let me know that I have provident monies owing to me (surplus) last year July

I was requested to send through all my private info including bank statments and certified ID documents to claim my money. After many attempts they informed me in December that they had eventually received the documents, after this they informed me they would send this to Old Mutual as they are the ones who are holding the funds

In febreuary 2013 I contacted Data Factory again as I had no feed back from them when this money would be paid out. Their response was that this info was passed onto Old Mutual and are awaiting them. They also gave me the contact details of the Old mutual Surplus guys and I proceeded to contact them myself. They informed me that they had not received the documents from the Data Factory

I then called again today (08.04.2013) and I was told the same thing and that Data factory was now not responsible as they they say it was handed to Old mutual.

Up to now Old mutual still says they have received nothing.

It is not a huge amount of money but it is still owed to me, who can help???
