Am actually in tears writing this to you metal industry surplus department have made my 63 year old mother a fool. My name is Yvonne i have been following up on my late father's application. everyday when i call in everything is been received and in order. around November we were requested to submitted other documents in order fro the to finalize march when we call in something else is missing as well we submitted when calling in everything is fine i call in in July now they need documents same documents that i submitted they want it again they saying we were issued with the incorrect bank mandate. We have been sent from pillar to post my mom has high blood pressure and she is 63 years of age. I SPOKE TO NHLANHLA Gumede who told me that his supervisor doesn't speak to public and they r refusing to come to the phone. Apparently the name of the supervisor is NCEBAKAZI APHANE.Its been 13 months now waiting for this to be resolved.
