Hi there;

I have send numerous emails to XDS regarding inaccurate/incorrect data they have on me.
This is causing my credit applications to be declined. No feedback no auto-responder.
No nothing, what the is wrong with these people. Not all of us have time to hang
on the phone.

If a company has incorrect data their integrity is compromised and their data cannot be
trusted at all. All credit bureaux database entities however claim that it's your responsibility
to ensure that the data that they have on you are correct. This is .. nobody is taking
responsibility for inaccurate data.

There is no outline of your dispute process, thus conduct is gross negligence and believe me that
you guys will not get away with this.
