Pdating of incorrect data at credit bureau's

I settled and closed all my accounts with standard bank in november last year and after many fights and endless phone calls got the credit bureau's updated correctly, but now it seems to be happening again... where your bank is sending inaccurate data to the credit bureau's stating my master card is in arrears? which is impossible as this account has been settled and closed down... i want this data rectified immediately as it is inaccurate and is negatively affecting me... how can standard bank still be sending information to credit bureau's 8 months after these accounts have been closed? as I have settlement letters stating this from your bank?
