It's been 1 mth & 7 days since I first logged a complaint, regarding the 2 gig vodacom data bundle for which I was charged R2300 extra. My nature of complaint stems from not been given the right information when taking out the package. Since then Autopage is trying to avoid taking responsibility and failed to provide proof. They claim I am responsible for managing the data yet the data supplied is incorrect. They are chasing the URL form instead of following the call recording or maybe they know they. Nadine is never at work, Brian has attitude and they are not willing to escalate this matter to ensure it gets resolved. In the interim I have wasted over 2.5 hrs trying to resolve this get on substantial feedback.

I'm sure they are just closing complaints that's why it's not escalated to management complaints as this complaint is way out of SLA.
How many more people are you guys ripping off Autopage the epitome of pathetic service.

I'm sure you guys are just hoping I would go away but I will not.

The only time I get a response from them is when I do a report on hello Peter. I want Brian or Nadine's manager to resolve this as this is my right according to the CPA
