Standard of service - PATHETIC

Dear Hello Peter

The standard of service that i have recieved from Calsure insurance company is disgusting My cellphone was suppose to be delivered a week ago and they failed to deliver due the couriers not residing in Cape Town.. The standard of customer service recieved is appauling after i expressed the urgency that i need the phone for work purposes i was told that it will be delivered and i was given false pretenses!!!

I am really DISGUSTED..
