PATHETIC SERVICE

In December 2013 i had Time Freight deliver goods for me they were paid twice, from myself and the person it was getting delivered to..i did phone them and ask for a refund of R1210.31 and they told me by the 2nd week in January 2014 a cheque will be delivered to me.

It is now the 6th of February and i still havent recieved this cheque. I v been phoning and phoning them and everytime i call they tell me they waiting for it to be processed, when t i called on monday i was told it was sent from the head office to the JHB branch and yet iv recieved nothing and there was no communication with me.

This is pathetic service! and i woudnt recommend anyone to use this company!
