Absa home insurece seems like a to me

My lapa burned down on 22nd December 2012. I am insured with Absa where my bond is as well. I lodged a claim on 24th Dec 2012. On 11th Jan 2013 Absa let me know that I was under insured with my lapa bacause the lapa was only insured for R 164 910 .00 and the total amound for the damage was R 333 607.00

I never knew that my lapa was insured seperated from the house because every year the premuime goes up and I only see on amound that reflects on my premuime which was more than R1 500 000.00 and that was for my whole property now Absa say it is my responsability to check that I am insured properly but, I can see R 1 500 000.00 is enough for my whole property including the lapa. Now Absa only wants to give me R150 000.00 which is R133 000.00 than the damige.

I tried to speak to Absa home insurence but failed to get any responce from them regarding wahy there cover is so far under the real valu of the lapa. Claim No: 2306201.

Im using my daughter's email account as i dont have one. Please respond to her email adress she will kindly inform me with the responce.
