Insurance Claim

I lodged a Claim with ABSA Insurance regarding my garage door that accidentally come down on the tailgate of my vehicle. After 2 assessors, one contractor, NO feedback from ABSA and two months of time wasting, I finally got a response (after my phone call to ABSA, ONCE AGAIN). The claim had been rejected due to the cause being "accidental".

Upon reading through my policy, I found NOTHING to substantiate that my claim should have been rejected. In fact, I found the following:

You are covered for:
1. Loss or damage caused to the insured property caused by:

1.8 "Impact by vehicles, falling trees (except intentionally felled) or collapse and damage by TV or radio aerials, satellite dishes and masts.

I find this a terribly poor service. ABSA has not lived up to their name and have completely wasted my time!
