BAD LAPA CONSTUCTION

He erected a large lapa which basically collapsed after 2 weeks. He promised that he would fix any defects if there where any and when the lapa started falling over he started getting aggressive and I had to take him to court. The court order stipulated that R2000.00 per month had to be paid into the lawyers. He has not been paying the stipulated amount and pays when he wants to. The amount owing is R90 000.00. He is very clever by saying that everything is in his wife's name and he has nothing. When the payment for the lapa was made it was paid into his wife's account and he insisted on 50% upfront and 50% on completion but didn't live up to his promise. This excuse for a man knows how to everyone because although he states that he owns nothing he had not only a lapa erecton business he now also has a nursery and a pet shop on the same premises. Not only has he cost me in the region of R200 000.00 it seems he also has the capacity of dodging the justice system.
