Poor service, ignorance of custome

My lapa was destroyed by a veld fire on 08 August 2013. The lapa had to be rebuild completely. This work was completed during October 2013. The lapa had a Red Mahogany solid wood bar. The timber was imported from Mozambique during 2002. Since August 2013 ABSA was unable to identify a contractor to rebuild the bar area. I was, on various occasions asked to obtain the services of a contractor. I obtained a quote and have send it to ABSA HOME INSURANCE (Marietjie) on 11 November 2013. Since, I have had no communication from ABSA. I phoned ABSA claims department who undertook to inform Marietjie. I was told that she would either phone or email me. Nothing happened since. My family custom is that we gather at my smallholding every year during the festive period. Due to my bar area is not repaired I can not accommodate my family as the lapa area is the main gathering place. I feel deeply offended due to the ignorance by ABSA and is highly dissatisfied with their service. I urger ABSA home insurance to attend the matter asap
