Never phoning back

Hi Nedbank

For years I have been a loyal customer but I'm really unhappy today.

I applied for a personal loan with you and Friday the lady phones me, but I was busy with training. I asked to phone me back at 3pm on Friday and yet no phone call.

Today I phoned and spoke to a lady and asked her to phone me back as I forgot to buy more airtime, and she said she would phone me right away. Again no one phones back.

Really unhappy at Nedbank's service, after been so happy!
