No call back and no-one answering phones

Beginning of last week I phoned for service quote, lady said she would phone me back. NOTHING.
Phoned this morning to service dept, was put on hold forever so I hung up. Tried again, nobody answers the phone. Tried again, nobody answers the phone.
Eventually after nearly 20 minutes of phoning there is an answer.
Now my car can only be done on friday when I want thursday, and had the lady phoned me back at the beginning of last week when I phoned, this would not have been a problem!
Asked if they could get my car ready by 12 on friday, they can only try.
I booked it, decided 30 min later I cant risk it and once agian I had to keep phoning and phoning as no-one was answering AGAIN!!!
Not good enough! How can I trust they will even try when they cant even answer their phones!!!
