Still awaiting a phone call

I decided to phone my bank with whom I have dealt with for well over 15 years to get advice on fixing my home loan, I was transferred to someone who told me they couldn't help me as they were "busy in training" I was then transferred to someone else involved in business loans who could n't help me - I was then transferred back to reception, and told that there were 4 people in retail banking who should be able to help me, I was put on hold... Eventually I was told they were busy with clients, but they would get Veronica or Yvonne to contact me back, that was on Monday, today is Friday. I have chosen to keep contact with this branch to a minimum, to be exact twice in 5 years and both occasions have certainly not been a pleasure and I feel like a simple customer query is a chore - suggestion maybe use some of the extortionate bank fees you charge us and send your employees on a basic customer care course where the priority is getting back to your customer on queries and treating them with a bit more respect, at the end of the day we do contribute towards there salaries. I may have just discovered which bank "Steve" works for... could it be Nedbank??? FNB here I come...
