WAKE UP!!! Nedbank the sun is up!!!

We drove 70km to Nedbank on the 9 Sep at the bank they told us to phone nedbank loans. So my hubby phone nedbank telling them to change the dt date to the 10 of the month for the is changing jobs and money will only be in the account by the 10th and giving me power of attorney of he will be out of the country. The lady told us no problem but they will have to make one payment in 6 month otherwise it show in arrears with them. Before this we even got calls for nedbank about every months telling us we are good customers!! Friday 27 sept guess what they took of a payment and on the 30 Sep the other account. So very upset my hubby phone them and after the 3 person he spoke to he hand the phone to me for he was so cross. So I went through another 4 people and no 4 told me is sweet words F... K YOU. They did get our request and stuff us they will take it again the end of Octber and with it the extra of the 6 months!!! so at that time I was at the point of no return!!! so I went through 3 more to get to the so called manager... and I am still waiting for his call!! I have send the 2 dt orders BACK. So today I got a sms??? nedbank treats this customers like DIRT!!!
