I lodged a claim in October last year, a contractor was assigned that never pitched, then pitched and did nothing. When we requested a change in contractor we were told we must take a cash pay out. I refused as we have insurance for a reason. A new contractor was assigned at the beginning of jan 2013 who hasn't arrived to do the work. My husband and I have spent hours on the phone since October with no resolution. On enquiry today Samantha again said we must take a cash payout. Whose interest are you acting in? I am the client! Even when a formal complaint was laid with Martha last year NOTHING happened. I just changed all my vehicle insurance to standard but can't help to wonder what complications I will have if I can't even sort out a simple claim! I have never had such shocking service I though I was a happy standard client but clearly no matter who you speak to they do nothing and supervisors refuse to take the calls.
