FNB Insurance Brokers
No Policy documents received since January 2012

I took out a funeral policy for my parents in January 2012 have been paying the policy since and to date I have not received the documents and not even a policy number everytime I contact them they confirm my email address and say that I will receive this in 2-3 hours. I am sick and tired of this people they are taking me for a stupid and I am paying for this.
