AFFINITY INSURANCE
Where is my policy document

I recently took out car insurance through Affinity Underwriters and I'm yet to receive my policy documents 3 months later. Worst of all I don't even know what the conditions of the insurance is and could be paying for something that does'nt even suit me. Is it not standard practice to send someone policy documents after concluding a deal? This is a sign of a company in shambles. Please send me my policy documents or cancel the policy if you don't want my business.
