I have been having absolute trouble with the FNB loan department for some time now, People working there should understand that others come to you guys with they problems instead of helping some of you add to it, I honestly wanted to change my bank but after speaking to Letisia Ponsonby I was really please that you guys have someone who knows what they doing, thank you Letisia for going that extra mile, understanding my situation and solving my problem so soon, You have know idea what a relief it is so having this sorted out
