False promises with previous banking errors

At the beginning of January, many people including myself found that our accounts had been suddenly overdrawn due to "bank delays". i came to accept this and previously also posted on hellopeter. Ayesha Parker from Capitec contacted me and we had made arrangements to to pay up this overdrawn amount and my balance would be reset to zero.
However it seems that this was all and now they have even taken more money out of my account. Previously I was told to review my statement correctly to check the deductions. And this time i have downloaded it.

It clearly shows that my account balance was never reset to zero as per agreement and payment arrangements weren't met. on top of this, money was taken from my account amounting to the agreed payment terms previously discussed.

now not only have they taken their money, but also taken more that does not belong to them in the first place.

I am truly disappointed in Capitec as I have banked with them for more than 2 years now and until January had had no problems. Now it seems Capitec cannot get their business in order.

I want my money back! this is unacceptable!
