BANKING WITH CAPITEC IS NOT SAFE

Capitec Bank does not take care of its customers, i have been loosing money from Capitec Account, In December 2012 there was a debit order of R700, which Capitec Bank failed to explain or even reverse the amount but instead said i should go and investigate on who was responsable for this Debit Order. This month of feb-15-2013, Cell C debited an amount of R796 from my account (I dont have any Business relationship with Cell C) Still capitec said i should go and tell Cell C to bring back my money. Based on these incident i dont recommed Capitec Bank to anyone because your money will not be safe.
