Capitec Bank have no respect for the their client

On the 11th January 2013, I received a call from Capitec Bank informing me that my account is in a negative due to some transaction that didn't go through in Dec 2012. We then agreed that they will deduct the money over 6 Months (Approximately R703.56 per Month) without interest. They promised to clear the negative on my account as we have agreed on the payment terms. The negative was not cleared despite few follow ups. On the 25th Jan they deducted the R703.56 and they have also deduced the whole amount (i.e. R4221.36) which was supposed to be paid over a period of 6 months.

I followed up with them on numerous occasions and I was always told that the money will be in my account within two working days. To date I still haven't received my money and all I get is empty promises from Capitec Bank. I will really be looking at my option as to whom I can bank with as this kind of service is highly unacceptable. Capitec bank lack the appreciation and respect for their client. I will not recommend anyone to join this bank as they are inefficient and lack good customer care. I am so disappointed in them and I regret the day I joined this bank. I'M tired of their rehearsed apology
